ElectraNet’s hill to hill transmission line project involved building a large transmission line from Port Augusta to Roxby Downs in South Australia providing Prominent Hill mine with direct access to the main electricity grid. The project involved 1128 structures spanning over 270kms.
Meridian's generation assets are located in a picturesque area of New Zealand, attracting both the local public and tourists. This increased foot traffic near their hydro assets necessitated a heightened focus on public safety after concerns were raised during external safety audits.
In 2019, APA commissioned an upgrade to the pipeline, for which we provided bulk supplies and large maintenance projects, including danger high voltage gas signs, marker posts, and non-reflective signage.
