Identimark collaborated with Spiecapag to provide essential safety signage and marker systems for APA Group’s Western Outer Ring Main (WORM) pipeline in Melbourne, Victoria.
This high-pressure gas transmission pipeline spans approximately 51 kilometres, connecting critical sections of the Victorian Transmission System.
Given its accessibility and exposure to public areas, it was crucial to ensure long-lasting, vandal-resistant signage to maintain public safety and regulatory compliance over the pipeline’s 40+ year life.
The WORM pipeline required signage that could withstand the elements, potential vandalism, and Melbourne’s high UV exposure without compromising readability or safety over time.
The project also demanded fast turnaround on custom signage and markers to keep up with construction timelines.
