TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CABLE LABEL CHALLENGE

Eligibility: This challenge is open only to individuals who are working in the renewable energy sector and who are at least 18 years of age as of 1 May 2023. Employees, officers, and directors of the organisers of the challenge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. By entering the challenge, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter: Participants must complete the following steps to be considered for the challenge:

 

  1. a) Request a kit containing the cable label clip from the organisers.
  2. b) Record a video of themselves installing the cable label clip onto a solar panel within the challenge period (8 May 2023 to 19 June 2023).
  3. c) Submit the video and their official time to the organisers via email at barry@identimark.com by 19 June 2023.

Prize: The winner of the challenge will receive a cash prize of AUD $2,000. In the event of multiple participants completing the installation with the same time, the winner will be drawn at random. If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, it will be awarded to the runner-up.

Use of Personal Information: By entering the challenge, participants agree to allow the organisers to collect and use their personal information, including their name, email address, and employer, for the purposes of administering the challenge and notifying the winner. The organisers may also use the video submitted by participants for promotional purposes on their website and social media channels, including LinkedIn.

Disclaimer of Liability: The organisers of the challenge assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The organisers are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this challenge.

Modification and Termination of Challenge: The organisers reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the challenge at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to any participant or any third party.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. By participating in this challenge, participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this challenge shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to workplace health and safety regulations, when installing the cable label clipl. Any violation of laws and regulations will result in disqualification from the challenge.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating in this challenge, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
