Terms & Conditions: Cable Label Speed Challenge All Energy 25-26 October
Eligibility: This challenge is open only to individuals who are working in the renewable energy sector and who are at least 18 years of age as of 1 October 2023. Employees, officers, and directors of the organisers of the challenge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. By entering the challenge, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter: Participants must complete the following steps to be considered for the challenge:
Prize: The winner of the challenge will receive 2 x one day tickets to the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2024 for Saturday 23rd March 2024, seated in Fangio Stand. This prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize does not include transfers, flights, hospitality, incidentals, accommodation, or any other expenses that arise as a result of attending the event.
The winner will be drawn at random using an online randomiser tool. Only those who have participated in the challenge are eligible to be in the draw. If the winner chooses not to accept the prize or is unable to attend, another entry will be drawn and so on and so forth. The prize draw will take place on Friday 27 October 2023. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to make contact within 30 days of the prize draw, we will draw a new entry.
Use of Personal Information: By entering the challenge, participants agree to allow Identimark to collect and use their personal information, including their name, email address, and employer, for the purposes of administering the challenge and notifying the winner. Identimark may use the video and images of participants for promotional purposes on their website and social media channels, including LinkedIn. You agree to receive communication from Identimark following the event by entering. We will not pass your details onto any third parties.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to workplace health and safety regulations, when installing the cable label clip. Any violation of laws and regulations will result in disqualification from the challenge.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating in this challenge, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
