Teaching self-drive vehicles to read signs

With all the talk about self-drive vehicles being just around the corner (so to speak) you might’ve wondered whether anyone had thought about how they’ll “read” signs. Before self-driving vehicles can truly operate autonomously, they’ll need to master Street Sign 101. They might be almost there.

And in case you were wondering, the sign for polar bears crossing even gets a mention…
